To fully prepare for the blessed month, we’ve prepared for you a comprehensive course, to provide you a structured understanding of the essential rules and practices for observing fasting during Ramadan and celebrating Eid.
You will explore the jurisprudential foundations of fasting, including the necessary conditions, obligatory acts, and recommended practices that enhance the spiritual and legal dimensions of this act of worship. The course will also cover prohibited and discouraged actions to ensure that students can observe Ramadan in accordance with Islamic principles.
Additionally, the course delves into the laws surrounding Eid prayers and observances, focusing on the obligations and recommended acts for both the night and day of Eid. Lessons cover topics such as determining the start of the month, exemptions that permit breaking the fast, recommended night prayers like Tarawih, and the charitable obligation of Zakat Fitrah. By the end, students will gain a comprehensive yet practical understanding of how to observe these significant rituals, aligning their worship with Islamic law and tradition.

Ustadh Ahmad Khalil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from Kuwait University. He continues to deepen his knowledge by learning from scholars and attending traditional halaqahs in various Islamic disciplines. Known for his engaging and approachable teaching style, he has taught young adults and now lectures at Muhammadiyyah and Andalus, where he focuses on Comparative Jurisprudence and Islamic sciences.
