Islam has given to each their respective rights and obligations, justly. One of them are prayers (salah) – there are general rulings such as its main integrals, and also specific rulings such as the Awrah (body parts to be covered) for men and women which differ.
Essentials of Prayer for Ladies is one of our newest Islamic courses for women, fully geared at meeting the Islamic Educational needs relating to salah of our Muslimahs. Throughout the lessons, it will address the intricacies and uniqueness of performing salah as a Woman in a Female-only environment so awkward questions may be asked without fear of embarrassment or shyness pervading.
Thus, the objective of this Islamic course for ladies is to help women understand the fundamentals and distinct rulings of salah in an exclusive all-ladies course.

This course is open to all female students, of ages 18 and above. Basic knowledge, exposure or familiarity to Islamic knowledge is not required. At the end of the course students can expect to have a better understanding of prayer for women.
Nurul Fathin Wafda Haron is a qualitative researcher and senior executive with over 10 years of experience across nonprofit, education, and public policy sectors. She currently serves at PPIS and previously worked with Kantar Public and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. With academic roots in IIUM, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Islamic Jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh).
Our course is offered in hybrid mode, allowing participants to attend either in-person or online. You are welcome to join in person for an immersive experience or choose the convenience of online learning through our platform
Do I have to attend online and in-person classes on specific days?
Participants are highly encouraged to attend classes at the scheduled date and time for a more interactive and immersive learning experience. They can engage in Q&A sessions with the instructor. However, they can access the lessons online if they cannot attend at the scheduled time.
How do I navigate the hybrid mode?
After registration, you’ll receive an onboarding email from SimplyIslam Academy. Once your profile is set up, you can access all lessons.
Can I watch lessons online anytime?
Yes, you can. If you miss the scheduled class, the online lesson will be available on the learning platform within 7 working days after the live session is completed.
Can I access learning materials online?
Yes, once your profile is set up, you can access the course materials. Click the ‘Continue’ button on your course page to be redirected to the course player. Learning materials, if available, can be accessed by clicking the PDF icon under each lesson.
