What is the cost of the membership?
You can subscribe for our monthly or annual Premium membership plan at only $6 and $60 respectively. Enjoy our 7 day free trial and gain uninterrupted access to all our courses and lessons offered. Cancel anytime.
How do I purchase a membership?
To purchase a membership, click on the ‘Register’ or ‘Sign Up’ icon and you will be redirected to the registration page. You can either select the Monthly or Annual Premium Membership Plan. Once you’ve chosen your membership plan, fill in your details and click ‘Enrol’.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel or downgrade your subscription, navigate to My Account, click Edit, Subscription Plan and select Change Plan. You are able to downgrade or cancel your membership. You can also email to [email protected] and chat with our customer service representative regarding this issue.
Why can't I login to my account?
What if I miss a live session?
If you have missed our online session of any particular course, you are still able to watch the recorded version which will be uploaded under their respective courses within 48 hours.
Can I enroll in an individual course without opting for the Premium membership plan?
Yes, you can purchase courses individually instead of subscribing to our Premium membership plans. Head over to any course of your choice and enrol. You will be redirected to the billing page and pay for only the courses you enrolled for.

Can I get a refund for my membership fee?
- If you wish to cancel your monthly or annual subscription, all future charges associated with your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
- For Standalone Course Enrollment, if you decide not to complete a course you have enrolled for or wish to cancel your paid enrollment for a standalone course, refunds can only be issued if you have requested it within 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course. 1) once the course has been started by you (for pre-recorded courses). 2) once the course has been started by the course instructor (for live scheduled online classes).
- Should you wish to request for a refund for a course mistakenly enrolled into, please contact us at [email protected] within 24-hours of your enrollment. For avoidance of doubt, once you have started the course enrolled for, you are not eligible for a refund, even if it is within 24-hours of your enrollment into the course.
