There were many miracles that preceded the Prophet’s ﷺ birth, as well as other miracles and incidents that took place after his blessed birth. The Hadith or Prophetic Traditions are replete with narrations of hundreds of such miracles. It was surely a sign of the grand and lofty station of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
One of the Prophetic Traditions include:
Imam Muslim reported on the authority of Jabir that the Prophet ﷺ said: "I recognize a stone in Makkah, which used to salute me before my advent as a Prophet ﷺ and I recognize that stone even now."
