Firstly, you need to register as a member and subscribe to any of our membership plans, Basic or Premium. Once you’ve registered, you will be able to enroll in any of our courses.
Members who subscribe to our Basic Membership Plan will have limited access to our courses while members who subscribe to our Premium Membership Plan will have full access to almost all courses.
Some of these courses are not available for free in our Premium Membership Plan. You will have to pay a certain amount of fee in order to enroll in those paid courses.
You need to login to your account, click on the desired course and fill in the details for payment.

By enrolling in our courses, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges, if any) for the course using the payment method you have selected upon payment. You are required to pay the full amount of the course fees even if you do not complete your course. The course fee is inclusive of the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, online presentation files and notes.
For details on our refund policies, please refer to the information below. Do note that our refund policies differ between subscription payments and payments made for standalone courses.
When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription for the remainder of that period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
To avoid being charged during a free trial promotion, you must cancel your subscription before your free trial ends.
When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term.However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
For Standalone Course Enrollment
If you decide not to complete a course you have enrolled for or wish to cancel your paid enrollment for a standalone course, refunds can only be issued if you have requested it within 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course.
Please be aware that no refunds will be made in any of the following conditions:
- once the course has started by you (for pre-recorded courses).
- once the course has been started by the course instructor (for live scheduled online classes).
Should you wish to request for a refund for a course mistakenly enrolled into, please contact us at [email protected] within 24-hours of your enrollment.For avoidance doubt, once you have started the course enrolled for, you are not eligible for a refund, even if it is within 24-hours of your enrollment into the course.
Eligible refunds will be refunded into the card/account you used to complete payment for your course enrollment. Eligible refunds will be completed within 14-days of approval of your refund request.
If you missed our online session of any particular course, you are still able to watch the recorded version which will be uploaded under their respective courses within 48 hours.
